| Note | In many cases, orders received by noon will go out the same day Monday thru Friday. Orders received after noon will go out the next shipping day. Tracking numbers are provided on all orders but insurance is not available. Packages damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the USPS.
When your order arrives, you will find parts separated by new and used. We use what we call "sensible packaging," meaning that if it makes sense, we do it. We try to minimize the use of packing material as much as possible, which reusing boxes and plastic zip bags that are still in good condition. Some individual lots are bagged separately while others are not. It all depends on the size of your order and what makes the most sense. That said, to prevent scratching, we never put new tiles or window pieces in bags with any piece that has a stud. If you have specific packaging requirements, please include them in the notes and we will try our best to accommodate. |
